Choosing equipment for your production requirements
A useful compressor discussion starts with the process: required flow, operating pressure, air quality and how demand changes during production. If you have machine requirements or a layout drawing, bring them along so we can understand the duty you need to supply.
For an oil-injected application, you can explore our two-stage variable-frequency screw compressor series before the exhibition. At the booth, tell us about your current equipment, load pattern and planned expansion so the conversation can focus on your project.
Oil-free compressed air and treatment requirements
If your process has specific air-cleanliness requirements, bring the applicable specification and identify where it must be met. Generation technology and downstream treatment should be considered together when defining the delivered air.
You can review the dry oil-free screw compressor series and our refrigerated air dryer products as starting points for discussion. Model selection depends on the application and operating conditions; a short project brief will help us identify the relevant next questions.
New projects and supply partnerships
We also welcome enquiries from equipment buyers and potential distribution partners. Tell us about your market, the applications you serve and the product categories you are interested in. For a purchasing project, explain the delivery schedule, required documentation and installation responsibilities you need the proposal to address.
Make your visit more useful
You do not need a completed engineering study to start a conversation. Bring the information you already have, and identify anything still to be confirmed. A concise brief could include:
- Your industry and the process that uses compressed air.
- Required flow and pressure, including units and the source of those requirements.
- Air-quality or drying requirements, where applicable.
- Existing compressor and treatment equipment, if this is an upgrade.
- Available power supply, cooling arrangement and installation location.
- Your intended purchasing or project schedule.
For a new facility, a marked layout can make it easier to discuss the intended equipment arrangement. For an existing plant, describe the operating problem you want to solve rather than relying only on the old compressor's motor rating.
